What will it involve?
Our Nutrition Therapist will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire, including your medical history and a food diary, before an initial 1 to 1 consultation which will identify your symptoms along with your physical health and establish your improvement goals.
Following assessment, your Nutrition Therapist will offer a 360 degree approach where she will look at your lifestyle, taking into consideration your dietary, physical and emotional wellbeing, to provide a personalised program and timescales for achieving the desired goals and ensure long term health improvements.
It may be advised, but not mandatory, to undergo laboratory diagnostic testing in order to truly establish if you have long term health issues. The Nutrition Therapist may also suggest taking supplements and probiotics for gut support. Certain nutrients, digestive enzymes and probiotics are beneficial for promoting normalised GI function and optimal health.
Any tests and supplements will be at an additional cost if you wish to have them.
You will be supported and coached throughout your program, which may evolve and be refined as you progress to ensure the advisor is continuously meeting your needs.
At the end of your program the Nutritional Therapist will evaluate your progress and discuss ways you can continue to support yourself moving forward.

Health & Energy Review - 1 hour
This review offers you the opportunity – of a kick start towards better health and put beneficial dietary and lifestyle habits in place.
During the review the body measurements will be taken and discussed such as:
Body Fat %
Body water %
A pre completed questionnaire and a one week food diary will be also discussed, together with an overview of your lifestyle, incorporating sleep, stress and exercise. You’ll leave with goals and an understanding of easy habits you can implement straight away to benefit your health.
You’ll receive a follow up email with a copy of the information offered in the review.
Chronic illnesses or long term issues can be discussed but these would require support outside of a review. We can discuss options of further support if required.
Kick Start Program - 4 weeks
Good for a quick fix to increase energy and get healthier eating and lifestyle habits in place. It will give you the tools to continue on your wellbeing journey and is a great introductory process with weekly coaching and support. At the end of your program there will be a re-evaluation of your progress and discuss ways you can continue to support yourself moving forward.

Optimal Gut Health & Reboot Program - 12 week program
This program focuses on healing the gut and instigating healthier dietary and lifestyle habits, encouraging a lasting outcome. The Gastro intestinal (GI) system is quite complex and healing the gut is different for everyone, so a timescale for healing can’t be guaranteed. Therefore the program will be refined as it progresses, to create the most optimal outcome in 12 weeks. At the end of your program there will be a re-evaluation of your health and a discussion of ways you can continue to support yourself moving forward.
