What will it involve?
First we personalise your treatment room by offering you a choice of colours from our mood-enhancement light therapy system. The chosen hues and colour tones help to express a specific mood environment to suit you, promote calm, relaxation, balance the nervous system, improve energy levels, to name but a few of the effects.
Our customised essential oil blend is gently applied to your skin, followed by our signature therapeutic, soothing and rhythmical massage techniques to nurture and pamper your entire body.
Infra-red heat therapy may also be used to aid a deeper relaxing experience.

How Many Treatments Do I Need?
Your practitioner will endeavor to treat your concerns as much as possible in a single treatment. However, depending on your state of being and your improvement goals you may need a course of 3 to 5 treatments, taken every 1 to 2 weeks to achieve desired results.

How quickly will I see the results?
You will feel results immediately after a single treatment and progressively after each session during a course of treatments.

How long will the results last?
Commencing a single treatment you will feel more relaxed and calm for several days and up to several weeks following a course of treatments. However this depends on many factors such as how one cares for oneself post treatment, stress, hormone influences and lifestyle.


Personal aftercare will be advised.
For a greater sense of wellbeing we advise:
Drink at least 1 liter of water daily to support the body functions
Chose a healthier eating plan best suited to you and your lifestyle
Take up regular exercise that you enjoy
Include stretching into your exercise regime
Take time out for you to relax
Be mindful to be in the moment
Aim for 8 hours sleep each night
For a healthier, firmer skin on your body your skin care practitioner can guide you with a personlised home care skin regime.
The application of an SPF when exposing your body to UV can prevent long term skin damage.
