The chosen hues and colour tones help to express a specific mood environment to suit you, promote calm, relaxation, balance the nervous system, improve energy levels, to name but a few of the effects.
Our customised essential oil blend is rhythmically applied to your skin, followed by our signature deep tissue massage techniques to melt away the built up stress and tension that is found throughout your entire body.
Deep muscular and stretching massage techniques ease stiff, aching muscles and break down toxic lactic acid build up within the muscles.
This stress-busting treatment creates a wonderful state of relaxation by working on areas of tension on the back. There is particular emphasis around the shoulders, along the spine and the neck.
Infra-red heat therapy may also be used to aid a deeper relaxing experience.

You will feel results immediately after a single treatment and progressively after each session during a course of treatments.
How long will the results last?
Commencing a single treatment you will feel more agile and relaxed for several days and up to several weeks commencing a course of treatments. However this depends on many factors such as how one cares for oneself post treatment, stress, hormone influences and lifestyle.
