Please read these Terms carefully before booking any appointment with Angela Taffinder or for third party goods or services through Emporium Treatment Clinic.
Emporium Treatment Clinic sub lets the use of treatment rooms to selected third party providers who wish to offer their goods and services for sale via the premises of Emporium Treatment Clinic (“Partners”). Our Partners are independent companies/practitioners and we do not accept liability for any treatments performed by or goods provided by those individuals.
Please note that these Terms do not govern the relationship between you and our Partners. You should contact the Partner providing the goods and/or services for further information on the terms of the appointment. Your dealings with them will be strictly between you and them.
These Terms govern any bookings made with Angela Taffinder and any services performed by her and employees.
If you are unclear whether your treatment is covered by these Terms or the terms of one of our Partners please ask on making the booking.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments with our Partners need to be made direct with our Partners.
A £20 booking fee is required to complete a booking which is deducted against the price of the treatment at the appointment. If you fail to show for the appointment the £20 will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment.
Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or a fee of £20 will be charged. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us immediately on 07930661971. If your booking is with our Partners you will need to contact them direct.
Prepaid course of treatments
All courses of treatments purchased must be paid for in full in advance.
If your appointment is within a prepaid course of treatments, failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in the loss of the treatment from your prepaid course of treatments.
A prepaid course of treatments is non-transferable and non-refundable.
All treatment courses must be taken within 3 months from the date of purchase; unless we agree otherwise any treatments left untaken will be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to inform Emporium Treatment Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Emporium Treatment Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of your failure to disclose such details.
You agree to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to you by your therapist regarding the care of a treated area.
We are dealing with individuals, each having a unique human body; therefore, Emporium Treatment Clinic can make no guarantees to the degree of improvements that will be achieved.
Emporium Treatment Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to you.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or any personal injury resulting from the negligence of Emporium Treatment Clinic and its employees.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Our Partners are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for evaluating the standard of goods and/or services that they provide. Please review carefully our Partner’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before booking an appointment. We do not warrant and will not have any liability for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of dealing with our Partners nor accept any responsibility for the provision of goods and services performed by our Partners. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding our Partners should be directed to the appropriate Partner(s). We do not accept payments for services and/or goods that our Partners provide; please confirm their payment acceptance methods prior to appointment.

We are unable to offer disabled access or disabled toilet facilities.
We do not treat clients with the Laser treatments who are under 18 years of age.
We do not encourage children to be brought to the clinic and if brought against advice they are solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.
If any discount has already been applied to a single treatment or a package of treatments, then no other discounts are valid.
