We are unable to offer disabled access or disabled toilet facilities.
We do not treat clients with the Chromolite IPL & N-Lite Laser who is under 18 years of age.
We do not encourage children to be brought to the clinic and if brought against advice they are solely the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Consultations are conducted in private and all information given during consultations remains confidential.
We conduct an annual assessment of the views of our clients in order to inform and improve our service delivery. A summary of the results of this will be available on request.
You have the right to access your records in accordance with the Access to Health Records Act. Please ask for details.
Should you have any comments, suggestions or complaints please raise these initially with your therapist or other member of staff.
If not satisfied you may put your comments or complaints in writing to the Registered Manager (Angela Taffinder) at the clinic address.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: GENERAL & ON COURSES
24 hours’ notice of cancellation must be given or a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged . If your appointment is within a prepaid package/course, you will forfeit that treatment. Prepaid special packages/courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If any discount has already been applied to a single treatment or a package of treatments, then no other discounts are valid.

VAT has now increased by 2.5% and therefore we will have to apply 2.5% to all of our current prices.
